There was a time when I was doing everything “right.”
I worked out, ate healthy, stayed productive ~ but no matter what I tried, I woke up tired, tense, and felt like I was constantly running on empty. My body was giving me all the signs that it needed rest, but I kept pushing harder. Eventually, I realized what so many women in midlife discover: it wasn’t that I was doing the wrong things, it was that my body was asking for something different.
That moment of awareness changed everything.
I learned how to rebuild my energy and sleep from the inside out ~ through balance, rhythm, and recovery instead of overwork and willpower. Now, I help women like you do the same. Because when you finally understand what your body needs, everything starts to flow again.

With over 12 years of experience in women’s health, fitness, and wellness, I combine evidence-based coaching with compassion and understanding for the unique challenges women face in midlife.
I’ve invested over 1,000 hours of learning and experience in advance personal training, nutrition coaching, yoga teach training, and functional movement & post-rehab strength and mobility.
These certifications are the foundation ~ but it’s my lived experience that drives everything I teach. I’ve been where you are. I know how it feels to carry the weight of “doing it all” while running on empty.
And I know it’s possible to feel strong, rested, and confident again.

Outside of coaching fitness, Nicki is an animal lover and supporter of animal rescues in Arizona and across the country. You might get to see (or hear) her fur-baby, Izzy, on calls or in guided workouts.
Coach Nicki truly embraces Arizona life with her love of the desert life, hiking, paddle boarding, and taking in as many sunsets as possible.
