Hi, I’m Nicole ~aka Coach Nicki ~ a certified fitness, nutrition, and health coach based in Scottsdale, Arizona. I help women over 40 throughout the U.S. and beyond rebuild their energy, restore their sleep, and feel confident in their body again.
For more than 12 years, I’ve helped women over 40 move, eat, and live in ways that support ~ not deplete ~ their energy. But my passion for this work became deeply personal when I hit my own wall of midlife exhaustion.
Like many of my clients, I spent years pushing harder ~ trying to out-exercise exhaustion and out-plan my fatigue. But when I finally started listening to what my body was asking for, everything changed.
Now I help women like you do the same ~ through simple, science-backed habits that rebuild energy, improve sleep, and help you feel strong again.
