Hi, I’m Nicole ~aka Coach Nicki ~ a certified fitness and nutrition coach and a sleep coach for women over 40 based in Scottsdale, Arizona. I help women over 40 throughout the U.S. and beyond restore their sleep, rebuild their energy, and feel confident in their body again.
For more than 12 years, I’ve helped women over 40 move, eat, and live in ways that support ~ not deplete ~ their energy. But my passion for this work became deeply personal when I hit my own wall of midlife exhaustion.
Like many of my clients, I spent years pushing harder ~ trying to out-exercise exhaustion and out-plan my fatigue. But when I finally started listening to what my body was asking for, everything changed.
